Problem in launching a windows instance

Question

I am trying to launch a windows instance but unable to get the password for that instance. 

Answer 1

Reason: This occurs if the instance launching or resource allocation is not completed.

Solution: You need to wait until the resource gets deployed usually it takes 5-10 mins for loading the resource.
