Implementing a Private cloud

Question

I'm on a professional internship for an agricultural company here in Cameroon, Our objective is to come out with a private cloud for the enterprise(which is moving into the IT sector). And in the near future provide services to other companies or individuals.

Please how do I get started?

For creating a Private cloud you can use VPC inside your aws account and from there you can restrict your firewalls and can create machines inside that which you can use for your enterprise purposes. Depends upon architecture the charges will be laid to your aws account.
