Can anyone tell me what is ELB in AWS?

In AWS, ELB (Elastic Load Balancing) is a load balancing service provided for the deployments of AWS (Amazon web services). ELB accepts the incoming traffic from clients and scales resources to meet traffic demands.

ELB helps the IT team to adjust as per the incoming network traffic. Elastic Load balancing distributes the amount of work that a computer has to handle to do among many computers so that the users get served fast.
