Could someone tell me how to develop a web page?

To create a web page, you need to follow the following points:

1. Install a text editor or word processor.
2. Then write the HTML coding or skeleton.
3. Save your file in .html extension.
4. Open the file in a web browser. That’s it what you are staring is the web page you have created!
