What is high bias in machine learning?

Could someone tell me what is meant by High Bias in Machine Learning?

Bias is an error that occurs while training a machine learning model because of insufficient data that could represent clearly what the trainer intends.

A High Bias or a large error will make the algorithm to predict incorrect output and will bring down the accuracy level of the machine learning model.
