Is business analyst and data analyst same?

Could someone tell me whether Business Analyst and Data Analyst are the same or different professions?

They both are different professions although they both share a very similar approach, they have different intentions. A data analyst performs analysis with the data gathered and arrives at insights to make way for business organizations to make informed decisions whereas a Business Analyst puts his effort in maximizing the profit of the organizations from the insights gained.
