Is Google Cloud Platform available in China?

I want to find out if there are any restrictions accessing GCP in China.

Is GCP all available to use in China?

Earlier there are some restrictions in china due to the restrictions from the Chinese government. But GCP has overcome these restrictions and set up the zone in hong kong with 3 zones that will help you to use the services in china.
