Could someone tell me what command do you use to create Linux File systems?

A Linux File system is an integrated aggregation of files on a disk drive or partition. The command you should use to create Linux file systems on a particular location, that is, hard-disk or a device is mkfs.

The syntax for creating the Linux file systems is:

# mkfs [options] device
