Enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project

While checking the bill in GCP, I could not see the billing even the API is activated. It says that I need to enable billing. How to resolve this issue?

This seems that you are looking for map API pricing, But here you will see the billing with respect to GCP. So create a new billing account with Google Maps Platform. So that you can see the billing.
