How to turn off error messages in visualforce?

Question

I have created a visualForce page which contains three functionalities and they are not really related to each other. When I was trying to hit the button I throws an VisualForce error as because one of the object called inputText object has no user input. Is there any way I can prevent this?

You can give a try with ActionRegion this will helps you to submit the part and can still fire the validation. And, also it will allows you to wrap a praticular region for the action call.
