In a data warehouse interview, they might ask you to describe the projects which you did. Upon asking you could explain the data warehouse project which you attempted and completed. So, let me share some tips on how to describe these projects in front of an interview panel:
- At first give them the gist of what your project was, how it stemmed from a problem that you tried to solve.
- Then start with initial concepts and techniques that you analyzed and implemented in your project to achieve some objective. Give them the basic plan that you thought of and implemented in the project.
- After this inform them about the requirements of your project and discuss the dimensional model and the SQL queries to generate and fill the dimension and table.
- Finally, end with the result that you achieved.
