How to create a custom tab icon in a Salesforce Managed Package

I want to create a custom icon for a custom object tab. So, can anyone help me how I can able to do that for a managed package in Salesforce?

Just you need to create a new folder and after that you need to put the icon in the custom folder, now you can able to add the package in it.
