Linux azure vm created using chef asking ssh password while trying to bootstrap even rsa file is given?

I was getting an error when I tried to launch an instance even when I specify the rsa file. Can anyone help me with this?

Basically, you also need to configure the SSH key on Microsoft Azure as well. Only the private key is not going to accept it.
