Powerbi how to create family trees/Hierarchy Chart with multiple children

Question

How can I create a Hierarchy Chart on Power Bi-chart, and I want to show node that could have multiple parents as shown in the figure

How can I do this?

The hierarchy tree can display hierarchical data in the visual tree view, The visual is similar in the layout is similar to the decomposition tree which allows comparing two measures such as budget and actual and see the difference between them.
