Where to store password for Azure key vault?

Recently, we are trying to move all the passwords to Azure key Vault, but where does to store the password of key vault? Also, I want it to be secure, so for that I don't want to use any third parties libraries. Can anyone help me with this?

So basically, the most secure way is to use Managed Service Identites which will only require the key vault name and the necessary permissions is given to the web app on Azure which will connect to key vault.
