Linux is in simple terms one of the most popular OS (Operating System) in the world, which was released back in 1991. Linux is free and open-source. So, installing it and using it doesn’t cost a penny for you. Today, Linux stands as one of the major OSs in the world, being installed in almost every other digital device that we see in front of our eyes. It's not only installed on Laptop, PC, & Mobile but is installed in much more devices like Smart devices, like IoT devices, smartphones, etc. used in developing games, in maintaining servers, and mainframes, used in embedded devices like telecommunication devices, and many such devices which we come across in our daily life, etc.
