Power BI connection problem with Postgresql

I am having Power Bi version 2.84 and want to connect it to PostgreSql server,but in Power Bi desktop everything works fine whenever it publish the reports it cannot refresh anymore

If you are using a direct query you need to set On Premises data gateway and need to add gateway cluster in Power Bi
