Power BI Dataflow access network restricted Azure Storage Account

I want to use Power Bi dataflows across the spreadsheets and want to store them in a blog storage.I have configured for me and Power Bi users,The network configured is fixed to 

"Allow trusted Microsoft services to access this storage account' and 'Microsoft network routing endpoint"

Here,How can I access restricted Dataflow access in Azure Storage Account?

We cannot able to connect to Power Bi Service with storage account the has restricted account that has enabled access
