PowerBI - Automatic Refresh OneDrive Business From Excel File

I am having an excel file which is stored in OneDrive Business folder and want to update it continuously and trying to show live count of number of entries in the table as shown

How can I do that?

Update each minute in Excel file which seem like something which wont fit in long term and it sounds better in real case scenario for real time datasets in hybrid mode
