Azure AD connect Health on ADFS WAP servers

Question

Can anyone help me how I can able to connect Azure ADFS to Azure AAD Connect health agent. I am facing problem to communicate with an endpoint.

Basically, there are some requirements which you need to take care of, whether it is met or not. Also, the connected party is not responding within the given time.
