Does Data Science require problem solving?

Could someone tell me whether I require problem-solving skills in Data Science?

Problem Solving is one of the fundamental skills that you need to be in Data Science. You have to play and work with data, arrange them, clean and transform them to gain better insights. Because there are millions of insights that you can extract from these datasets. It depends upon the question you pose and the answers that you want. For these skills to proliferate, you must be skilled in Data Science core skills, and more than that you must be able to correctly identify the patterns and the questions that you must ask to validate the results.
