Uipath exchange activity

Question

In uipath, there is a get exchange message activity. I can connect and download messages, however, I'm unsure of the syntax for getting to a shared mailbox. Has anyone done this before?

Sadly it is not possible to get messages from a shared mailbox with UiPath Exchange activities although it is possible for Outlook activities.

There is workaround it though, you can use Powershell script that you can call through Uipath.
