Is Azure Service Bus available on Azure Stack (on-premises)?

Right now, the Azure service bus is not available on the Azure stack. After a lot of conversation, they did introduce event hubs but are still building a roadmap for installing the feature of the service bus.

There is a UserVoice Thread for this, where the users are raising their voices for concern.
