I had previously installed community edition of uipath but its license expired so i uninstalled and reinstalled again but still its showing me the license error please help !

Hi, I think you need to renew your license. You can go to their website and do this, I have attached a link for your convenience 

Also if you are new to Uipath I would recommend you to go through RPA video tutorial for beginners and RPA blogs.

If you are interested in getting certified go check out the RPA training
