when i am not using EC2 Instance should i detach volumes ? What about AMI's or Load balancers or Auto scaling like we are creating for assignments. Should i terminate them.

I am little confused on how to create rule in ELB and Auto scaling.

When you stop your instance, then you will be charged for the volumes. If you detach the volume, still you will be charged, if you do not delete the volume.

If you delete the volume, then your EC2 will never start.

Therefore as a best practice, please terminate your EC2 when there is no use. If you want to keep it, please refer to the free tier guide for the service limits.
