I want to download wheel files that I found online to be able to use them as external python packages. How can I do that?

The default package you need to install your files on azure ML studio is CVXPY. 

CVVOPT is a dependent package that will need to be installed before installing CVXPY.

To install the other files, you'll have to decompress them. They have to be packaged at the path for CVXPY or CVXOPT. Use the file in the script bundle after unzipping them.
