Resource groups are collections of web applications, storage accounts, networks, and databases in azure. The users form a group working on similar services to manage and monitor together. Azure Resource Manager can be used for managing these resource groups.
You can create a resource group in 4 steps:
Step 1: Log in to Microsoft azure.
Step 2: Open resource group.
Step 3: Click on add to create a resource group.
Step 4: Fill the resource name, subscription type and resource group location.
Step 5: Click on create.
