How can i take backup and restore my instance

There are no options available to take a backup from a corrupted Instance. You can use EC-2 Rescue a troubleshooting tool for Windows instances that can resolve many issues. Also, you use some system checker tools like chkdsk and sfc /scannow to scan Windows and restore your files.
