Are there better guidelines to move entire projects to one project?

I work in an enterprise which creates large to small scale applications. I broke all of these apps into different projects. But, is there a good support for managing multiple apps in one project, and this seems easier from a management standpoint.

Merging projects into a single project is currently not supported in Azure devops. Unless automated via your own API scripting.
