I have created a CDN and want to apply custom domain. Is it possible to map a CDN record to root domain? Let's say that I have a domain with name www.shadow.com. Nowadays what happen people don't want to use www, but simply shadow.com. For this I loose some of my customers, So is there any solution for this?

Below are the steps to setup root domain on Azure CDN endpoint -

1. Create CNAME record in DNS provider using cdnverify.prefix

2. After that, Add the custom domain to the CDN endpoint.

3. After that, you need to enable HTTPS settings.

4. Enable HTTPS feature and wait for the feature with a SSL certificate.

5. It will take around 6-8 hours.

6. After that, you need to force the root domain to resolve the www site, add a HTTP url redirect rule to the CDN profile rule engine.
