How to stop index.html being cached by Azure CDN

I want to remove the cache of the old page and want to refresh it on 60 seconds using Azure CDN. But I can only see the old content, when I go to in private window then only I can able to see the new content. Can anyone help me with this?

Basically, it seems to be the problem is from your browser side, which is caching your data. You have to set "external max age" in able to control your cache-control header. Also, you can try removing the browser cache.
