Does gcp allow vm to have internal or external IPv6 address to vm instances

Question

While trying to login into vm in shell. I can find addresses of vm. But IPv6 address cannot ping onto the vm. I had a question that does GCP block.

Google cloud platform allows users to have a global load balancer. That will help you to use the external IP of your ipv6. But if you are using a vpc network then you can use IPV4. You cannot use ipv6 with the VPC.
