Get root password for Google Cloud Engine VM

I am trying to install C-panel inside the VM instance but it is asking for the root user by default, Is there any way to retrieve the root password.

As the VM is launched in the Cloud platform, you need to set up the password. By default, there won't be any password set up. So you need to set the password first and then you can use the same for login.
