• Sustain your positive emotions and prevent any negative emotions from entering your conversation or actions.
• Resolve any conflict and try to lead them to a common ground by accepting their authority.
• Ask for their advice and listen to them carefully; these actions will surely help you to gain their trust.
• Be strategic and tactful, and understand their negativity.
• Be honest and at the same time make them feel good, by having an extended conversation apart from these topics.
