AWS EC2 p2.xlarge should have 61GiB memory but my code run out of RAM at about 11GB

Question

 I'm getting this error in my terminal:

here p2.xlarge instance would have 61 GiB memory, so where I'm wrong?

The memory is 61GB is for p2.xlarge instance and CPU memory is 12 GB and I guess you have used your CPU memory.
