I have my AWS account under the free tier, but I received a mail stating that I have been charged $34 for few days of exploration.

So I want to delete the services but I forget that what services are enabled. So Is there any option to delete all the enabled services at once or I need to do it individually?

On your AWS Console, go to My Billing under your Account and you can see the services which are enabled and for what you are being charged, and then after you can disable those services.

Or In case you want to disable your Free Tier services, you can look into the AWS document provided here.
