- Whereas GCP is a google offering for cloud computing. It came out fully-functional in 2011, and since then had made consistent progress to arrive as number three on the market share of cloud services only after AWS, and Azure. But lately, it has posted a growth rate of 2X compared to AWS and is ramping up its datacentres at a feverish pace to bring down latency.
- AWS is costlier compared to GCP as it suits large organizations, whereas GCP is known for its cost-effective strategies.
