Power BI desktop cannot import data with Azure Cost Management Connector

How can I get Azure consumption data to PBI to get some reports,I am getting the following reports 

The user does not have any claims associated

I have tried to use Azure Consumption Insight connector  but I was getting an error

Power BI's Get Data dialog, with Azure Cost Management selected

Azure Cost Management setup wizard asking for enrollment numberSign in to Azure Active Directory

Select the desired tables

Open data source settings from the File menu

Data source settings dialog

Edit permissions dialog

Sign in dialog
