I have an Azure website for that I don't need any SSL certificate, but I want to buy SSL certificate and a custom domain for web service. So, can I use my service which azure has provided or go for SSL?

If you want to go for a production service, then go for your default one only which azure has provided. Whereas, if you want to build a web service and not going for a production service, then you can buy one.
