Can anyone help me what are the limitations of using MS SQL with an Azure Subscription. As I have a .Net application with 5-6 tables.

For the limitations for using MS SQL, you will get 20MB of SQL databases will available as per subscription for the very first 12 months and then after that, the standard charges will be apply.
