Traffic manager configuration is not valid because one or more domains on subscription <XXX> are not enabled for Traffic Manager

Question

I have two web app in Azure in different regions. But, it throws an error whenever I tried to add Azure app Service endpoint. Below is the error:

Some of the provided Azure Website endpoints are not valid: Traffic manager configuration is not valid because one or more domains on subscription "XXX" are not enabled for Traffic Manager

Can anyone help me with this?

As per the error, all of your app service using F1 free service plan which is not supported by traffic manager. You should need to update your pricing tier at least to standard.
