Not able to connect to Azure Virtual Machine using Remote Desktop after my VM got restarted

My Azure Subscription got expired and my Virtual Machine got stopped, I have renewed my subscription but then also I was not able to connect to my VM. Can anyone help me with this?

In able to rectify this error, you can try download the RDP file and then connect it, as because every time the VM got shutdown the IP address got change. Or, else you have to create another Virtual machine.
