How to extend C drive size of Azure VM

I am using an Azure VM and it's C drive got full, Can anyone help me how I can able to increase the Size of it?

So basically, you cannot able to increase the OS disk space as it is set to 128 GB. But, you can resize your data disks. The maximum size of data disk is 1TB.
