How to get a job at amazon?

Start off by researching Amazon, and its portfolios, the mission, and vision, about the various works they undertake, revenue models, the teams responsible, etc. and also visit their career page and check out all the jobs, and go through their job description.
After you have zeroed in for your job, based on interest, available job, preferred location, etc. apply for the job on their website, where you will be asked to submit your applications, resume, and more.
After this, amazon reviews your applications, and if it finds you suitable for the job, and Amazon recruiter will call you for a telephonic interview to start the hiring process through behavior-based interviewing to test your natural thinking and attitude for solving difficult problems that might come across during work.
Once you clear that telephonic interview, you will come across online assessment and skill tests which are designed in a way to accurately measure key characteristics that they require in you.
Once these are done, you have reached the end of the hiring process, after which they will let you know if you are selected or not, by giving you a job offer, and if you want more salary than what’s proposed, this is the time when you could negotiate. And chances are there that you might get higher than what they offer.
