Copy managed disk between subscriptions

Question

I was trying to move my Virtual machines from one subscriptions to another. And while doing that we need to take a snapshot of it and store in on blob and then use it to recreate a VM. Can we just take a snapshot of subscription and create a VM?

Basically, there were some limitations when we try to move the resource. So for the managed disks also we have some limitations. We cannot just save the snapshot into another subscription and create a VM.
