App Service VNet Integration with Azure Storage Service Endpoint

Question

I have created an Azure app service and after I have configure VNet Integration also, I have an Azure storage account. Now whenever I trued to access my Azure storage using the web app deploy it throws an error of 403 forbidden. Can anyone help me with this?

Basically, VNet Integration does not grant any access to web application privately. In able to do that, you need to create a Internal load balancer to access it privately from your web application.
