How to create server on azure and host php,mysql site on that

I have a PHP website which I want to host it on Azure, along with MySQL. But, there is no option available as Web App + MySQL under Web Apps section. Can anyone help me with this?

The option Web App + MySQL will be there in Marketplace. First, go to New, then click on Marketplace and then click Web + Mobile. Once, you go to Web + Mobile, you will see list of options and there is one Web App + MySQL.
