How can we Export data from Web Published Reports

I wanted to publish an application which I did in Power Bi for some charts and want to make data available for the user for download?

There is a limitation to publish to web and need to export data

• Reports by using row-level security
• Report by using Live Connection data source which includes Analysis Service Tabular which is hosted on Analysis Services Multidimensional, and Azure Analysis Services.
• Reports can be shared directly on the organizational content pack.
• Reports can be in a group in which we do not edit members
• R Visuals cannot be supportable
• Data can be published on the web
• ArcGIS can be used in Power Bi visuals
• DAX measures can be used for reports
