Input data directly through Power BI published report

How can I directly input data from Power Bi published reports and I want the user to inputs comments to the graph How can I do this?

You can able to create a Power App which embeds the app in Power Bi and custom visuals through it and the use case is unlimited

This shows How we can save user input in Power App

If you want to save the comment and show it to other user you need to connect to data source
