What is the difference between Azure IoT Hub and Azure IoT Central?

Can anyone help me what is the difference between IoT Hub and IoT Central, as earlier I was using IoT Hub and now it has IoT central.

So basically, Azure IoT Central is a solution based on Software as a Service, that used an approach called Model-based for IoT solutions. Whereas, Azure IoT solution is based on Platform as a Service which will accelerate the development of custom IoT solutions.
